Terms of Service

1 The Service

ZLOTTS is a technology platform that facilitates appointment bookings between users and local service providers (salons, parlours, etc.) in and around Howrah, West Bengal. ZLOTTS is not the service provider itself — we are an intermediary connecting customers with independent partner businesses via WhatsApp.

ZLOTTS is completely free for customers. There are no booking fees, no hidden charges, and no subscription costs for users making appointments through the platform.

To use ZLOTTS, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2 Bookings and Cancellations

Users must provide accurate information when making a booking, including name and preferred time slot. Providing false information may result in automatic cancellation and account restriction.

If a booking is not confirmed by the partner salon within 15 minutes, it is automatically cancelled and the user is notified via WhatsApp. Cancellation policies for confirmed bookings are determined by the individual partner salon or parlour — ZLOTTS is not liable for missed appointments or partner unavailability.

3 Prohibited Conduct

When using ZLOTTS, you agree not to:

• Spam or flood the WhatsApp bot with repeated or irrelevant messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the ZLOTTS system
• Make fraudulent or fake bookings with the intent to mislead partner businesses
• Harass, threaten, or abuse partner salon owners or ZLOTTS staff
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian law

Misuse of the platform may result in a temporary restriction or permanent ban from the service without prior notice.

4 Partner (Salon/Parlour) Obligations

Partner salons and parlours who join ZLOTTS agree to:

• Provide accurate business information (name, location, services, timings)
• Respond to booking requests promptly and honour confirmed appointments
• Notify ZLOTTS via WhatsApp if they are unavailable or need to close temporarily
• Not use customer contact details obtained through ZLOTTS for any purpose outside the booked appointment

Partners who repeatedly fail to honour bookings or violate these obligations may be removed from the platform.

5 Limitation of Liability

ZLOTTS provides "Your time, guaranteed" as a service goal and commitment to quality. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the service provider, technical outages on the WhatsApp or Meta network, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Since ZLOTTS is a free platform, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted under the laws of India. ZLOTTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of the platform.

6 Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, grievance, or complaint regarding the platform, please contact us first at hello@zlotts.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Howrah, West Bengal, India.

7 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Howrah, West Bengal.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the platform grows. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ZLOTTS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
