Booking
No app required. ZLOTTS works entirely through WhatsApp, which you already have on your phone. Just message our number and the bot guides you through the booking in under 2 minutes.
Send Hi to our WhatsApp number. Choose a parlour, pick your service, select a day and time slot — that's it. The parlour confirms within minutes and you receive a check-in code.
Yes. Scan the ZLOTTS QR code at the parlour entrance to go directly to that parlour's service menu — skipping the parlour selection step entirely. It's the fastest way to book.
If a parlour doesn't respond within 15 minutes, your booking is automatically cancelled and you're notified immediately. You can then book another parlour or try again with no penalty.
Yes. You'll receive a WhatsApp reminder 30 minutes before your appointment, including the parlour's location link so you can navigate easily.
Pricing
Yes, 100% free for customers — always. You pay the parlour directly for your service as you normally would. ZLOTTS charges no booking fee, no service charge, and no subscription.
No advance payment or deposit is required. Your booking is confirmed with just a WhatsApp message. You pay the parlour when you arrive for your service.
Managing Bookings
Type Cancel in WhatsApp and confirm your request. The parlour is notified automatically. Please cancel with reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.
If the parlour can't accommodate your original slot, they'll suggest an alternative time via WhatsApp. You'll see ✅ Accept New Time or ❌ Cancel Booking buttons — your choice.
Type Bookings in WhatsApp to see your active booking details — parlour, service, time, and your check-in code.
One active booking at a time per account. This keeps slots fair for everyone. Once your booking is completed or cancelled, you can book again immediately.
At the Parlour
Show your WhatsApp booking confirmation — it contains a 4-digit check-in code (e.g. ZLB-4521). The parlour owner will enter this code to confirm your arrival. No printout needed — just your phone screen.
If your booking time passes without a check-in, you'll receive a WhatsApp message asking if you visited. Tap I Visited to self-confirm, or report an issue if something went wrong.
For Parlour Owners
You can register your parlour directly via WhatsApp — no emails or forms needed. Just message PARTNER to our WhatsApp number and our bot will guide you through a simple 4-step process:

1. Send PARTNER to ZLOTTS on WhatsApp
2. Fill in your parlour details — name, address, services, location link, and pincode
3. Review everything and edit any field before submitting
4. Get approved within 24 hours and go live

All you need is a WhatsApp number. No technical skills, no Google account, no paperwork.

Everything is managed through your own WhatsApp number. When a booking arrives, you get a notification with three options: Confirm, Suggest New Time, or Reject. Type Bookings to see today's schedule, or Pending to see requests waiting for your response.
