We share your booking details (name, phone number, appointment time) only with the specific salon or parlour you have booked with. This is necessary for them to confirm and prepare for your appointment.

ZLOTTS operates through the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By messaging ZLOTTS on WhatsApp, you acknowledge that your messages travel through Meta's infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
ZLOTTS uses WhatsApp exclusively for transactional messages — booking confirmations, reminders, status updates, and support responses. We do not send promotional or marketing messages without your explicit consent.
When you log in to the ZLOTTS dashboard on our website, we store a session token in your browser's localStorage. This token is used to keep you logged in for up to 2 hours without needing to re-enter your OTP.
This is not a tracking cookie — it contains only a temporary authentication token and is automatically cleared when the session expires or you log out. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on our website.
